a.现货区和美国现货区包包都免邮费/

   All item already include shipping cost

b.面交只限于新加坡客户/ 

COD only for Singapore Customer (Only SOUTH AREA   available)

c.请在下单后3日内付款，逾期您的订单将会被取消（如有延误请联系我们）/

Place and order,Please pay a payment to our POSB/MAYBANK account in 3 day working days 

d.付款后请您邮件 lovelyluxurybag@gmail.com 通知我们您的付款日期，Ref No，数额以便我们做查询

After making payment please email us your bank ref no, amount and date if bank in to let us check the status

e.汇款后没通知我们，商品在当时被人他人购买了，请您见谅我们把商品卖给其他客户。

First come first serve basic, if you bank in the money without inform us immediately, during the time has been customer interested to , we will let it to others customer.

f.如果您给我们的送货地址或联络号码不正确，并导致包裹被倒回，我们将不负责任重新送给您包裹。您将必须支付重新发送包裹的额外运费

请注意：包裹地址必须是在工作日时间8.30-5.30 有人签收，公司地址必须注明公司名字和签收人的名字

Address for delivery must be very clear and without any error, we wont responsible to bear a cost for the re-delivery.

g.下单后不能更改订单或退款。

3.退/换货原则 :  

由于本公司所有商品在发货前有详细检查,确保商正常才发货,所以本公司不接受商品退货

网络销售无法避免色差：在不同颜色的灯光下、在不同的显示器下看商品都会造成色差问题，所以请完全不能接受任何色差的顾客务必看清楚此条款，并考虑清楚再购买。色差问题将不能作为中退换货的理由！

1. For Ready Stock at USA Delivery Time Taking 10-14 working dats
     美国现货区国际快递需要10-14 天的工作日


2. For Pre Order Item that is not in our website delivery taking time is 14-21 Working Days
     预购货品一般国际快递需要14-21 天的工作日


3. For Ready Stock at Singapore and Malaysia Delivery Time Taking 2-5 Working Days 
     马来西亚和新加坡现货区本地快递需要2-5 天的工作日

4. Individual Pre-Order Directly from USA to your doorstep or international Customers are responsible for customs taxes and duties where applicable. Lovelyluxury will try our best to avoid let customer paid another extra cost for custom duty when doing shipment packing but if really unlucky if custom officer duty on that day want to tax a shipment, customer have to responsible the cost of custom duty.
国际个人预购（除了新马客户）顾客必须承担当地的关税或附加费.我们会以最佳方式尽量帮您们免除激交任何的附加费（不保证）如果真的不辛还是必须得激交，顾客必须全权负责。

7.Most of COACH bag doest not come with gift box, if you need it pls require during order and charge applicable its will cost to shipment cost increase due to the weight.
需要COACH 盒子的顾客必须收额外的附加费，因为盒子会增加邮费的重量.
